UDETMA takes part at the Hospital Universitari Arnau de Vilanova de Lleida and in the Institut de Recerca Biomédica de Lleida. Atherothrombotic disease is a systemic disease and patients are often subjected to a pilgrimage among different specialist services. UDETMA is organized in such a way that the patients undergo precise vascular imaging diagnosis procedures and laboratory tests, and they are examined by the specialist within the same day, thus avoiding duplication of tests and waiting lists.
